The Challenge: Campbell Arnott’s launched a company-wide initiative to evaluate their processes and vendor relationships to maximise value. The success of this initiative relied on their ability to partner with industry players who could provide the highest quality levels as well as dramatically enhance Campbell Arnott’s overall cost competitiveness.
The Outcome: Cold Logic developed a annual maintenance schedule and check sheets for each individual plant(NSW, QLD & SA), tailored to the specific equipment using a standard form of reporting across each site. The maintenance checks were developed to identify areas of concern or repeated breakdown, whilst carrying out preventative maintenance on the equipment. Through good communication with Arnott’s maintenance personnel and highly skilled Cold Logic personnel, Cold Logic was able rectified the issues below budgets and minimizing down time to production.
