The Challenge: Beston Global Food Company Limited (BFC) aims to provide natural and verifiably safe food and beverages to global markets so that consumers can make healthy choices. With their mozzarella production expanding, the existing equipment needed to be upgraded and expanded.
The Outcome: Essentially a new ammonia to glycol chiller skid was installed to provide +1°C glycol to provide cooling of the two chilled water streams and to three new cooling fan coil units to cool the Mozzarella Room, a fourth fan coil unit was installed to provide heating to area around the steam stretcher, this will use hot water supplied others. An additional condenser capacity was also installed. An indirect evaporative cooler (“Climate Wizard”) provided cooled fresh air to pressurise the Mozzarella room. Two new fresh air fan filter units were installed to provide fresh air for wash down and the existing extraction fans will be utilised for wash down extraction.
