Cold Logic was given the opportunity to take over the preventive maintenance on Two sites in Victoria, Dandenong and Derrimut following the successful Cold Logic installation of the ammonia refrigeration plant at Derrimut. Aldi’s challenge was that they had reoccurring issues with their existing plant.
Cold Logic developed monthly maintenance plans for each site. In the first two months of taking over the contract, Cold Logic identified areas of concern, brought this to the maintenance personnel attention and they have since made dramatic improvements in their reliability and performance.
Cold Logic still continues to provide preventative maintenance to both of Aldi’s Victorian distribution centres.
