The Challenge:
Petaluma has to establish a new winery in the Adelaide Hills once its lease finished at Piccadilly. Cold Logic was chosen as the successful supplier to provide a 394kW @ -6°C ammonia refrigeration package.
Outcome:
This included 2 screw compressors on a single package within a acoustic enclosure, evaporative condenser, insulated glycol tank, primary and secondary glycol pumps, fruit cool rooms, insulated field pipework and PLC electrical controls.
