Saizeriya – Melton

The Challenge: Japanese catering giant Saizeriya commissioned this building to house its food processing operations where food is prepared in Australia then shipped to Japan as pre-packaged restaurant meals.  The facility consists of processing and storage, a massive freezer. 

The Outcome: Cold Logic designed and constructed the refrigeration plant, consisting of 8 x screw compressors, 3 x evaporative condensers and a multitude of evaporators in chilled, frozen rooms.  Cold Logic continues to service, maintain and provide schedule rebuilds for this plant.
