The
Challenge: Vinpac International wanted to lift its capacity at its bottling and packaging site at
Angaston in the Barossa Valley. This
included 60 new tanks and approximately 11ML of required tank cooling. A combination of secondary ferment, cold stabalisation
and standard holding temperature conditions were simultaneously needing
consideration.
The
Outcome: Cold Logic successfully installed a new energy efficient 730 kW ammonia brine chiller, brine
system, stage 2 tank farm brine expansion and a hot water recovery system.
