We work with senior management to assess how the business operates and key processes where refrigeration may possess a risk to down time. Cold Logic will then present options to our clients to mitigate this risk of down time. This could include critical spares, integration of duty/standby equipment, increased preventative maintenance or even remote alarms and monitoring.

We operate a 24/7 365 days a year service department with experienced ammonia and freon mechanics.

Cold Logic’s humble beginnings were from a couple of refrigeration mechanics pursuit of expert service and being there for the client day or night. Today Cold Logic has over 30 technicians and operates 24/7, 365 days a year with experienced ammonia and freon mechanics. 

Senior Managers take on-call – so you wont get a call centre or someone inexperienced on the other end of the phone in the middle of the night when you need help the most. We pride ourselves on being able to talk clients through issues and dispatching mechanics only when needed.

Our senior managers will follow up with the on-call mechanic and the progress of the breakdown, giving you peace of mind.

Yes, Cold Logic has a suite of options to discuss with you. These could include our hire chillers with generators or adopting low power draw refrigeration equipment such as ammonia refrigeration.     

Cold Logic also has a partnership with Yanmar Australia to provide natural gas powered chillers allowing customers to almost operate off-grid for their refrigeration. These options include chilled water or low temperature glycol. There is even a LPG gas option for these chillers should natural gas not be available onsite.
